At Dev Aastha, we understand that you are not just ordering a product; you are inviting a divine presence into your home. We handle every order with the utmost respect and care, ensuring your idol reaches you safely in its protective velvet box.
1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays & National Holidays).

- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 5–7 working days
- Remote / North East / J&K: 7–10 working days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, festivals, or courier delays may impact delivery time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping across India.
- All shipping labels and invoices are generated in the name of Avaia Ventures Private Limited.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and Email with your Tracking ID and live tracking link. Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours of dispatch.
4. International Shipping
Yes, we ship globally to spread divinity worldwide.
- Timeline: International deliveries take 7–15 working days.
- Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination country.
- Customs: Import duties or taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
5. Delivery Safety & "Tampered Package" Policy
- Do Not Accept: If the outer packaging looks torn, crushed, or tampered, please refuse delivery.
- Report Immediately: Ask the delivery person to return it and contact our support team. We will send a replacement.
- Unboxing Video: We recommend recording an unboxing video without cuts for proof in case of damage.
6. Address & Contact Information
- Accuracy Matters: Ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are 100% correct.
- Verification: High-value COD orders may require phone/WhatsApp verification before dispatch.
- Address Change: Allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Cannot be changed after dispatch.
7. Non-Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
If delivery fails due to an unreachable number, incorrect address, or refusal:
- Package returns to our warehouse as an RTO.
- Prepaid Orders: Refund issued after deducting two-way shipping charges.
- Re-Shipping: If you want the order re-sent, standard shipping charges will apply.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email once dispatched.
Q: Is my product safe during shipping?
A: Yes. Each idol is packed inside a sturdy velvet box, bubble wrap, and a corrugated carton.
Q: What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
A: Couriers attempt delivery up to 3 times and will try calling you as well.
Q: Do you ship to my village/town?
A: We ship to 20,000+ pincodes. Contact us on WhatsApp if unsure.
Q: Do you offer Open Box Delivery?
A: No. Couriers do not support it. You must accept & pay (if COD) before opening.
